One is audio (using four British voices with slight regional accents) and the other is data (the “book”, which could be printed off an exercise at a time). The worksheets are designed to help learners to write from left to right in a way that will help them develop speed. 	This A4 book has 20 easy-to-read recipes and accompanying colour photos. The book is a valuable addition to classroom or library resources for ESOL and Basic Skills learners. The grammar structures and method vocabulary are consistent and restricted. There are short picture word-lists to illustrate some simple kitchen equipment and methods. The recipes are mainly traditional British with some international dishes.
